*A Student is defined as a holder of a trainee identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international trainee card.  Students must be studying full time in the nuclear medicine discipline to qualify for the discounted rate. A copy of your student identification card is required when you submit your registration form.  Without this copy, the full registration fee will be applied.

STUDENT/DEVELOPING
COUNTRY REGISTRATIONS

A Student is defined as a holder of a trainee identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international trainee card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate.

A copy of your student identification card is required when you submit your registration form. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged

Student/Developing Country entitle delegates to the same package as full delegates, EXCEPT that a Gala Dinner ticket is not included.

DAY REGISTRANTS

Day Registration entitles delegates to the following:

  • Entry to all sessions on the nominated day
  • Access to Exhibition on the nominated day
  • All official documentation including program and abstract booklet
  • Morning and Afternoon Tea on nominated day
  • Lunch on nominated day
  • Satchel and included materials
  • Certificate of Attendance for the day
  • Gala Dinner tickets are not included in Day Registrations
Saturday Student Registration Entitlements

Saturday Student Registration entitles delegates to the following:

  • All Sessions on the nominated day
  • Access to Exhibition on nominated day
  • Morning and Afternoon Tea on nominated day
  • Lunch on nominated day
  • Nametag & Lanyard
  • Welcome Reception
  • Certificate of Attendance
  • Gala Dinner tickets, satchel & program book are not included in Saturday Student Registrations

 

PRE-MEETING SYMPOSIUM

The Pre-Meeting Symposium registration fees include:
  • Return coach transport from the MCEC to Melbourne Zoo - please indicate this on your Registration if this is required
  • Day Symposium at Melbourne Zoo (9am - 3pm)
  • Morning tea
  • Lunch
  • Free time to explore zoo at leisure after the Symposium (from 3pm, last bus leaves the Zoo
    at 4:30pm)

Payment of Fees
Registrations must be paid within 30 days of registering your attendance. If your registration is to be paid by your organisation, you must provide full contact details for your accounts department.

Credit Cards
Registrations can be paid online using Visa, and Mastercard, credit cards. All transactionrs will appear on your statement as payment to arinex pty limited.

Cheque or money order
Cheques or money orders must be made payable to ANZSNM 2012 / The Meeting Planners. Incorrectly drawn cheques will incur bank fees. Please print clearly your name and address on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments must be received no later than Tuesday 20 March 2012. All registration and accommodation requests must be submitted with credit card details after that date.

Bank Transfers
Payment of registration fees by bank transfer is not accepted..

Overseas Payments
Payments from overseas must be made by credit card or bank cheque in Australian Dollars only.

Acknowledgements
Acknowledgment of your registration and requirements, as stated on your registration form, will be sent to you via email or post. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.

Cancellation & refund policy
Cancellations can be made by written notification to the ANZSNM 42nd Annual Scientific Meeting Managers.

Cancellation fees and refund of registration fees
  • Cancellations made before 20 February 2012 will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee, with a full refund of the registration fees.
  • Cancellations made between 20 February and 20 March 2012 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
  • Cancellations made after the 20 March 2012 will not receive a refund of fees paid.

Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the meeting and book your travel, you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the meeting, or through cancellation of the meeting, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay, force majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered.arinex pty limited cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

Consent for publication of the individual's information may be withheld when completing the Registration Form for the Meeting.
